WASHINGTON – Two people are hurt after a cab driver drove into the Savoy Apartments around 11:30 Monday morning.
The accident happened at 21st and L streets in Foggy Bottom.
Both people had minor injuries, says D.C. Fire Battalion Chief Brian Lee. Both were taken to the hospital for evaluation, he says.
Investigators are unsure of what caused the accident, Lee says.
Twitter user, Jeff Holmes, was near the accident scene and shared a photo of the cab that hit the apartment building.
