WASHINGTON – Can’t wait for the National Cherry Blossom Festival to start? Good news – there’s an app for that.
It’s very pink and available for and . Organizers think you might make the best of this year’s festival if you download the free app.
Once the app opens, you’ll see a little animation featuring blossoms and fireworks. A menu then pops up featuring several topic buttons: Map, events, information, news, city in bloom, dining and more.
There’s also a button that helps you share your festival experiences on Facebook and Twitter.
