WASHINGTON – A woman found unconscious near Rock Creek Parkway early Saturday morning has died.
D.C. police say her body was found underneath the Massachusetts Avenue bridge near the Islamic Center shortly before 7 a.m.
The incident caused some traffic delays and detours on Rock Creek Parkway. The cause of her death is under investigation.
