WASHINGTON – Big-and-tall men know that being “larger than average” doesn’t mean being built like a football player, but the commercials they’ve seen for clothing in their size may tell a different story.
Now, one clothing company is changing up the stereotype and offering some solace for men they call “end of the rack” shoppers.
is a clothing retailer for larger men. Their new commercial features “chubby” men searching for clothing in a barren no-man’s land — a play on how difficult it is to find clothing that fits.
The New York Times reports that older than 19 are overweight.
