The “Skinny Dipper” has been named the preferred oyster for this weekend’s Preakness Stakes Race.
The oyster will be served to distinguished guests at Pimlico Race Course Saturday, in an exclusive area right near the finish line, reports

The “Skinny Dipper” comes from the True Chesapeake Oyster Co., an oyster Farm in St. Mary’s County.
