As if running award-winning restaurants, writing cookbooks and teaching classes at Harvard and George Washington universities weren’t enough to keep chef Jose Andres busy, his D.C.-based ThinkFoodGroup has started a retail business selling Spanish oils and foods.
Jose Andres Foods is a line of products from Spain, handpicked by Andres from small Spanish producers. The brand hits shelves nationally this summer and is already available online.
Products include olive oils and sherry vinegars and prepared foods like tapas and vegetable dishes.
