WASHINGTON – The D.C. Side of the Chain Bridge is blocked in all directions by a disabled tractor-trailer.
The truck has been towed away, but according to 草莓传媒 Traffic the truck leaked fuel which must be absorbed before the road can reopen. Authorities estimate that that will take several hours.
