WASHINGTON – A woman was sexually assaulted near Tenleytown Tuesday night and police are asking for the public’s help identifying her attacker.
D.C. police say the woman was walking in the area of the 4200 block of Wisconsin Avenue NW about 11:45 p.m. Tuesday when a man forced her behind a building and sexually assaulted her.
The man is described as Hispanic, about 6-foot to 6-foot-2 tall and weighs between 200 and 250 pounds. He is between the ages of 30 and 40, has a muscular build and tattoos on both arms.
He was last seen wearing a black shirt with writing on the back, possibly in Spanish.
