WASHINGTON – A 44-year-old Manassas, Va., man has been arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl.
Prince William County police say William David Walters, of Gambril Drive in Manassas, assaulted the girl multiple times between June and August of this year. He was arrested Monday and charged with two counts of aggravated sexual battery, two counts of forcible sodomy and two counts of taking indecent liberties with a minor.
Police say Walters is being held without bond.
