WASHINGTON – The Metropolitan Police Department have found a 13-year-old girl who had been missing.
Ronica Harris was last seen in the 2200 block of New York Avenue in the District. She is described as a black female with short black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt, grey pants and carrying a blue backpack. She also wears glasses.
