WASHINGTON – Halloween wouldn’t be Halloween without Jimmy Kimmel’s annual torture of children throughout the country.
For the third year, the latenight TV host encouraged parents to prank their children by telling the eager youngsters that they ate all of the children’s hard-earned Halloween candy, and then post their reactions to Youtube.
