WASHINGTON — Rep. John Lewis, D-Ga., slipped out of his usual stoic behavior at a belated birthday celebration for him in his Atlanta office.
Staffers put on Pharrell Williams’ “Happy,” and the fun started for Lewis, who turned 74 Feb. 21.
It’s a song Lewis loves.
