WASHINGTON– Any parent who has had to endure the Disney phenom that is Frozen — that is, the movie, the soundtrack, and the ubiquitous merchandise — will appreciate this parody. It plays like an ode to stay-at-home dads, or just dads who do a lot of the taxiing around and are really nice about letting their daughters monopolize the CD player.
