WASHINGTON — A man is in the hospital with life-threatening in injuries after he was stabbed in Silver Spring early Thursday, Montgomery County police say.
Police say just after midnight they found the victim with multiple stab wounds in a second-floor apartment above the El Sitio Restaurant in the 8200 block of Piney Branch Road.
A witness in a vehicle started to follow the suspect and flagged police down as they arrived to the call, say.
A suspect is now in custody.
Police have released no additional information in this active investigation.
