WASHINGTON — The Hyattsville police are looking for the public’s help in finding an 83-year-old man who has been missing since Monday afternoon.
William Harkins Jr. was last seen at 6525 Belcrest Road, in Hyattsville, at about 2 p.m. Monday. He was wearing a light tan shirt, blue jeans and brown sandals. The police say he suffers from dementia.
