WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County police officers are looking for Oswaldo Augusto Mootoo, who was last seen Sunday morning along the 6300 block of Maxwell Drive in Camp Springs, Md.
Mootoo, 77, is a Hispanic man with a light complexion. He stands 5’8″, weighs 145 pounds and was last seen wearing an orange shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
