WASHINGTON — In the short time since it made its debut, customers have been raising concerns about the new iPhone 6’s design flaws.

Now, some customers say the phones are ripping their hair out. reports a small gap between the screen and the phone’s metal frame is the cause of the problem, yanking at facial hair or long strands.
Owners are taking to social media, using the hashtag to share their complaints.
