WASHINGTON (AP) — Police are investigating a violent sexual assault in northeast Washington.
D.C. police say a woman was confronted by a man with a gun who sexually assaulted her on Friday night. The attack occurred in the 5000 block of Benning Road, Northeast. The location is a major intersection near the Benning Road Metro station.
Police have not identified a suspect.
