WASHINGTON — A 13-year-old boy has died in Northeast. He was shot by another child as the two played with a handgun, reports.
The shooting occurred in the 1400 block of Downing Street in Northeast Thursday night.
Police responded just after 7:20 p.m.
Police tell ABC7 the underage suspect is in custody.
