WASHINGTON — The man who from a D.C. psychiatric hospital earlier this week has been caught.
D.C. Police says Kenneth Clayton has been captured in Manassas, Va., though there are few details yet of how he was caught.
Clayton was arrested on charges of assaulting an officer.
Somehow, he walked out the back door of the Psychiatric Institute of Washington on Monday.
