WASHINGTON聽鈥� Russia’s track and field team has been banned from聽this year’s Rio Olympic Games because of doping.
The Council of the International Association of Athletics Federations, the world athletics’ governing body, decided to maintain its doping ban on all Russian athletes, Reuters聽reports.
