On a per-share basis, the Riverside, California-based company said it had profit of 35 cents.
The holding company for Provident Savings Bank posted revenue of $15.2 million in the period. Its adjusted revenue was $10.6 million.
For the year, the company reported profit of $6.7 million, or $1.03 per share. Revenue was reported as $40.1 million.
