Metro General Manager and CEO Randy Clarke passed the 100 day mark as the head of the region’s transit system this week. In an exclusive interview, we talk to Clarke about recent breakthroughs at the transit agency: the return of the sidelined 7000 series rail cars and the opening of the Silver Line extension.
