Artis Pabriks is the former Deputy Prime Minister and Defence Minister for Latvia. He’s currently chairman of the 鈥淣orthern Defence Policy Centre.鈥� He warns that “if somebody will cross our border, we are gonna shoot immediately to kill” and “we will fight to the end.”
