New York Times, Pulitzer Prize-winning, writer Serge Schmemann developed what was called “Moscow Eye” as a young writer in the Soviet Union. Nerves or a weapon? He never found out. But he encourages us to be cautious about how we characterize “Havana Syndrome”.
