WASHINGTON — The University of Maryland College Park campus has had two bear sightings near Elkton Hall.
Callers reported the sightings to the Natural Resources Police Department on June 12, a letter to the campus community said.
If you see a bear, don’t feed it and don’t panic. Just back away slowly.
