WASHINGTON — Prince George’s County Schools is challenging residents to get kids ready for the upcoming school year.
The school system wants to full of 10,000 backpacks and other school supplies for its 7th annual back-to-school fair.
PGCS is asking for donations of red, blue, yellow and green backpacks as well as wide-ruled composition books, college-ruled notebook paper, crayons, glue sticks, pencils, pens, highlighters and rulers.
There will be three donation events across the county over the next two weeks.
