Man found dead in Prince George’s Co. woods

WASHINGTON — A man was found dead in a wooded area of Prince George’s County Monday afternoon.

The Prince George’s County police said they got a call at about 1:25 p.m. reporting an unresponsive man in a wooded area on Cherry Hill Drive, just south of I-495. The fire department pronounced him dead at the scene.

At about 3:30 p.m., police Cpl. Nicole Hubbard said that the man had not yet been identified, but that there was no evidence of foul play.
