Five people were injured after two separate incidents — including a shooting — near a shopping center in Laurel, Maryland, on Tuesday night.
The incidents happened around 10:30 p.m. in the 13600 block of Baltimore Avenue in Laurel. The incidents happened near the Amigos Mexican Grill and a Longhorn Steakhouse on the property.
Police said two men and a woman were shot. They were taken to local hospitals, and their conditions are not known at this time.
In a separate incident nearby, police said two people were stabbed and transported for treatment.
It’s unknown if the incidents are related.
No arrests have been confirmed, and police have not released further information about the incident.
