WASHINGTON 鈥斅燩rince William County Police are investigating after human remains were found along a creek bed in Woodbridge.
Officers responded to the Powells Creek near Jefferson Davis Highway聽shortly after noon Wednesday.
On Thursday, police identified the body as 63-year-old Craig Edward Manning, of Woodbridge.
Police say the incident does not appear to be random and no foul play is suspected. The Medical Examiner’s Office is working to determine Manning’s cause of death.

Officer聽Nathan Probus, spokesman for the Prince William County Police Department, tells 草莓传媒 that police do not believe the two incidents are related.
