WASHINGTON — The most expensive residential, real estate sales in the Washington region in November ranged from a $2.3-million colonial in Vienna to a $3.75-million Georgetown, federal-style home with a view of the Potomac River.
Topping the list of residential sales in November was 3614 Prospect Street NW in the District, listing service MRIS said.
The completely renovated Federal Row home has three bedrooms and four baths, about 4,200-square feet of living space, a two-level terrace and rooftop deck to enjoy the views of the Key Bridge, Potomac River and Rosslyn skyline.
It was originally listed for $4.295 million. The final sales price was $3.75 million.
