Brewery worker stamps Tom Brady hate on beer cans

WASHINGTON — The New England Patriots  the Indianapolis Colts in this year’s NFL playoffs, a game known more for its than the action on the field.

The Pats went on to win Super Bowl XLIX in , and the Colts were left licking their wounds after a 45-7 shellacking.

That might explain why a beer company worker in Indianapolis printed insults about Patriots quarterback Tom Brady on the bottoms of beer cans. The employee — named Biscuit — works on the Sun King brewery’s canning line. He posted the message “TOM BRADY SUX” next to the “Born on” dates of more than 20,000 cans, according to reports.

Sun King’s beer is sold at Lucas Oil Stadium, the Colts’ home field. While the company doesn’t fully condone Biscuit’s behavior, they aren’t really punishing him, either.

“It was a prank by Biscuit,” co-owner Clay Robinson told the . “It wasn’t an idea we came up with at all. Every day, we change the thing on the bottom of our cans. One of the guys running the canning lines had to come up with something.”

Biscuit still works for Sun King, but now, he has to submit a list of sayings he’s going to stamp on the cans each week. With that kind of moxie, maybe the Colts should sign Biscuit to the team.
