WASHINGTON —聽A 16-year-old Spotsylvania boy is dead after he crashed a plane in Orange County this morning, according to Virginia State Police.
Ryan McCall was the only one on board when the 40-year-old plane went down just before 10 a.m.
It crashed into a field near the Orange County Airport.
The FAA and NTSB are looking into the accident.
