WASHINGTON 鈥� Two schools in Spotsylvania County, Virginia are closed Monday, Feb. 1 due to a power outage.
Chancellor High and Chancellor Middle schools will be closed for both students and staff.
According to the , there was a power outage Sunday evening. A utility company is working on the problem, but it is not expected that power will be restored in time for school.
The school system鈥檚 website states that an update will be provided Monday.
