The coffee shop鈥檚 latest promotion is basing the price of their聽coffee on how polite you are when you ask for it. Simply requesting 鈥渙ne small coffee鈥� means your聽cup of Joe will carry a $5 price tag 鈥� add the word 鈥減lease鈥� and you鈥檒l pay $3.
If you want to best deal, say, 鈥渉ello, I鈥檇 like one small coffee please.鈥� That will bring the price down to $1.75.
that it started off as a joke. The coffee shop worker聽said a sign advertising this promo was posted outside the coffee shop last week.聽Soon after, a聽photo of the sign聽made its way to Reddit, and, from there, made the rounds on social media.
