Virginia State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a missing 2-year-old boy out of Norfolk, Virginia.
The boy, a Black male named Ziyon Isyiere Suzario Dagner is believed to be in extreme danger.
The child was last seen just after midnight this morning.
Authorities said he was abducted by 35-year-old James Edward Lynch, a Black male. They were last seen together headed south on Chesapeake Boulevard in Norfolk.
The child has brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with a basketball and Spider-Man on the front, jeans and black and green Jordan sneakers.
