Russell Westbrook’s time as a Washington Wizard is almost over.
According to multiple reports, the Wizards have agreed to trade Westbrook to the Los Angeles Lakers.
and report that the blockbuster deal will see Westbrook, a 2024 second-round pick and a 2028 second-round head to Los Angeles in exchange for Kyle Kuzma, Montrezl Harrell, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope and a 2021 first-round pick.
Westbrook, 32, averaged a triple-double with the Wizards last season with per-game averages of 22.2 points, a league-high 11.7 assists and 11.5 rebounds.
