The Metropolitan Police聽Department聽is asking for the public’s help in identifying a聽person seen on surveillance footage, linked聽to a burglary Thursday聽in the 3300 block of Brown Street Northwest.
The footage — released Tuesday聽on the police department’s — shows a male on a bike who rides up to the聽residence, walks up to the porch and approaches the door.
Police聽will聽offer聽a reward of up to $1,000 to anyone who provides information that leads to an聽arrest and conviction. Those with information are asked to聽call police at 202-727-9099 or text a聽tip to the police department’s聽text tip line,聽50411.
