PHOTOS: Demonstrators call for the end of Israel-Hamas war in downtown DC

Hundreds blocked portions of downtown D.C. Sunday in a pro-Palestinian demonstration that also called for the end to the Israel-Hamas war in Gaza.

Organizers said several area groups came together to call for a cease-fire in the Gaza Strip, an end to U.S. aid for Israel’s war and a “lifting of the siege on Gaza.”
